We are a group of 7 from Pretoria going on vacation to Durban and would like to rent a mini bus. I was looking at a Volkswagen Transporter at Durban Airport.

Yes, but my worry is the deposit that I need to pay. How much is the deposit and will I be sure I will receive the vehicle when I arrive. Some of the quote are scarry and my challenge is that I ve tried to reserve a car with one of the agency only to find that when I check with the company car they do not have my reservation for me now I am sceptical.

At STEP2 of our 3 step online booking process, to the right of the car photo of your choice, is a link entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION". Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, chose "PAYMENT" where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed. Cash is not accepted. You may wish to try a few different suppliers, as their deposit amounts do vary.

If you book with us it will all be very clear. After you completed the booking you will receive several confirmation emails containing the link to your voucher. The car will be available on arrival, 100%.

No. Just follow what the website ask you to pay. I see you can pay now a deposit of R400 and the rest will be deducted from your credit card before pick up.
